1. DiscoveryWe start with a brief 15 minute phone call to get to know you and your project. If it’s a good fit we’ll schedule a formal discovery meeting where we’ll scope out your project, discuss design direction, and create user stories, among other things. After meeting we’ll provide a detailed estimate and project timeline, and get started shortly thereafter.
2. DesignThe design phase starts with establishing or refining your brand and strategy. Next, we begin information architecture and user experience, carefully outlining desired user flows for the project. The visual design and front-end development continues through the project and typically blends into the development phase providing a seamless design and development experience.
3. DevelopOnce a strategy and design are created, development begins. The project is designed and developed pragmatically following the Agile model, where the project is broken down into smaller feature cycles. Projects are developed using current best practices and coding standards.
4. DeployAfter developing and testing the project it will be deployed to the web. We’ll help you develop a launch and marketing strategy along with an ongoing support plan.
